We just left Lapantan Paradise after 5 wonderful days. Our bungalow was lovely, clean, quiet and had an awesome view from our balcony. The bed is firm, but we slept very well. |The owners, Nam and Giang, are very nice and friendly people and helped us in any way. With information where to go to in the beautiful surroundings, with trekking, renting a good, reliable motorbike, arranging taxi etc. And the food was so great. We tried different choices for breakfast (toast with egg, soup and banana pancakes), all very good and more than sufficient. The dinners were fantastic and various for a good price. Giang is an excellent cook! Lunch is also possible, even to take with you when you are going out. |Lapantan Paradise lies 300 meters from the road. We found this a big advantage because that is part of the quiet, beautiful setting of the homestay. At our arrival Nam picked us up at the beginning of the path and took good care of our suitcases. |It is a narrow, but good, steady path and we had no problems driving it with a motorbike (even with two persons on one motorbike). Although walking this short distance into the beautiful surroundings is also very nice and relaxing! |We loved it there and would certainly choose Lapantan Paradise and his owners next time we are...
Read moreDuring my trip around the north, Mu Cang Chai is the most favorite place for me because the weather is quite nice, warm in day time and a bit cold in night time. And Lapantan Paradise is one of great places to stay here. They offer me a nice wooden bungalow with clean bed and big enough, beautiful balcony is large enough to do exercises, enjoy amazing rice field view while drinking a cup of tea. The garden is beautiful with many flowers around. I’m a fan of Malibu and can’t believe that I could find a bottle of Malibu here, this made my trip even greater. The people here are so friendly, specially the owners of this place, they are super super super kind and helpful, they asked me if I need something or if I need help everytime they met me. They also made me yummy meals and shared lot of stories around here. They made me feel like home.
At the beginning I set 1 night in MCC but later I decided to stay longer and even did not want to leave. It was so peaceful and very nature, away from the busy life.
Definitely come back and highly...
Read moreWow, epic experience! Do not miss this place! A family owned lovely homestay, Nam is so welcoming and speaks really good english. He sincerely appreciates the guests and truly hopes they enjoy their stay. Nam's wife is an excellent chef, I mean what I say. There is no need to go looking for dinner, lunch or breakfast anywhere else. We had the greatest dinner experience in Vietnam during our stay. Tasty food cooked with homegrown and fresh ingredients with skill and passion. Plenty of food and everything tasted amazing. The setting in the dining room is lovely, there is an fireplace which takes the mood to an other level. Our loom was very comfy, spotless clean, peaceful and pleasent with an amazing view. Plankets are thick so even during the winter you stay warm and sleep like a baby. Hot water starts quickly and theres plenty of it. I would and will...
