New Ambassador Hotel — Hotel in Copperbelt Province

Offers cheap and affordable accommodation, however I have concerns about the level of security at this place. A security officer or a thief masquerading as a security officer accessed my room past 3am in the morning without my permission. Upon seeing that am awake, thats how he and his colleagues went back. Actually they were banging on my door for a good twenty minutes but I remained calm and silent. This ordeal has totally changed my perception of this place. Never again will I ever spend a night and dime...

There was a time this place was better however the management seems to let the place decay.

It's wired for internet but it isn't working. The shower heads in the floor shared bathroom are gone and there's not hot water. The phone in the room is for looks (not plugged in). The music on the street level is loud until 2-3am (on the weekdays)

This hotel locates in the center of the downtown and very near from a bus terminal, a supermarket and the Museum of Copperbelt.||||The woody interior is chic and receptionists are very kind.
