Ozark Springs Lodge Northrise — Hotel in Copperbelt Province

We were a group of 4 and stayed here for 3 nights for a business trip.

Pros: friendly staff at reception and bar we frlt very welcome here and staff tries all their best to make you stay comfortable. Especially Cosmo is an extremely good host and he will try everything to make your stay a pleasure room was very clean room size is good fridge was working free crackers and water tv was working nice garden location not far from towm center internet fast aircon was working comfortable bed good value for money laundry which was left on the floor was washed and tried the same day which i did not expect at all
