Ruby Golfview Lodge — Hotel in Copperbelt Province

The service we received was absolutely pathetic to say the least, it’s unfortunate that most places in chingola were fully booked for that weekend and this is the only place we found , also being new to the town we didn’t know much about the area . They have put much focus on the external environment but the rooms are a complete mess . I requested the manager to put a duvet in my room as they had on this dirty blanket covered in a duvet cover to which my request was not honored . One of the rooms had bed bugs and the family room we slept in had a rat! Yes A RAT!! The internet was non existent and the water would get cut off halfway in between showers . Even simple things like tissue was difficult to come by when requested . Absolute rip off of a lodge. We could not sleep the whole night due to music. If you can’t operate a lodge then close the whole building and start chicken farming because you don’t seem to have a clue what you’re doing instead of ripping people off their money! Oh and on the day of checking out the manager didn’t turn up even after saying he would . Avoid at all cost! Unless you’re looking for pathetic customer service. TERRIBLE lodge needs...

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay a little outside the hustle and bustle of Chingola, consider this fine lodge. The large rooms are comfortable, with air conditioning and Internet connection can be arranged. The services are totally zero and the stuff is untrained and rude, the place has water problems, no water for toilets neither for basic use. I Definitely file a complaint with the cancel cause the place was a health hazard, how can a lodge not have water almost all the time ?
