Great and very helpful Staff, kudos to Ms Given (she is an all rounder and very dedicated staff member who goes out of her way to make you feel welcome) and Ms Mwiya and hey the Barman/DJ also very soft and easy young guy who just minds his own business. Located in residential area near the Manda hill shopping mall, this property is suitable if travelling on a budget.. the facilities inside are accordingly adequate and one must not expect the luxuries and services of a branded star hotel.

A joke of a hotel. We had booked a room but upon arrival we were told that another guest had decided to stay one more day and so our room was occupied. I showed the documentation of the booking but to no avail. Instead we had to pay for another more expensive room. The room was tiny, had no towels, shower curtains or remote control for the aircon.
