Although the greenery is visually attractive among other things, our recent stay at Kaazmein Lodge proved to be a significant letdown. The supposed 'best' rooms suffered from remarkably low water pressure, turning a simple shower into a trying ordeal. The rooms were far from clean and plagued by a mosquito infestation, creating an extremely uncomfortable atmosphere. Additionally, the minuscule TVs were devoid of any signal, leaving us with no entertainment options.

What adds to the frustration is the lodge's failure to provide upfront information about their refund policy. When we finally decided to check out after enduring these insufferable conditions after 7 pm, they staunchly refused to reimburse any portion of our payment. This utter lack of transparency and their unwillingness to address our concerns is, without a doubt, unacceptable. I strongly discourage anyone from choosing Kaazmein Lodge unless you're prepared to endure a subpar experience and witness a complete disregard for customer service from the...

I visited the Kaazmein Lodge from the United States early in January 2021. This was my first time in Africa and I was pretty unfamiliar with everything. The staff at the lodge were very helpful and friendly. I was very comfortable and the lodge is very well laid out with nice scenery and landscaping. I've never seen a Zebra before, let alone one up close, so that was a surprise The lodge is in a good location and it's relatively quick to get to Victoria Falls from it. The main building/restaurant had pretty decent wifi as well. I was there for 4 or 5 nights, I should have stayed longer!

I don't know if I'll ever return to Livingstone, but if I do, I would return to the...

The glory days are definitely over! The lodge is in desperate need of serious maintenance, updated interior decor and thorough supervised daily cleaning! I had a smelly bathroom (...from the dirty toilet with pee stains on it from who knows when), cracked and gaping walls, missing shower covers, windows letting in a draft, tired bedding, tepid water for morning tea amongst the many other small issues that make up the big details for this budget to medium cost stay. The stay was short and the only commendable thing/s was the midpoint location in Livingstone, a hot shower and the greenery. An overall disappointing stay that I didn't bother...

Serene environment and very large well lanscaped grounds. I would say probably well suited for events with numerous sitting areas and walkways. The food is fairly priced and so are the drinks. The signage may be hard to see at night so make sure to make it there before sunset. Google Maps is not very helpful in the area. A large fish pond sits just a little way away from the restaurant area and feeding the fish is something fun you can do.

The service was excellent,I had a great time there. The most interesting thing apart from the friendly staff,is the fact that they embrace wildlife. This all gives a natural safari feel.Thumbs up to Webby the great for his wonderful service, and the chef for the mouthwatering food.
