Kasuda Apartments and Rooms — Hotel in Southern Province

AMAZING PLACE, DEFINITELY RETURNING!!! So I stumbled across this lodge after being disappointed by Pumulani Lodge (apparently they never issue a quotation so it was impossible to pay through a bank transfer from our organisation. In any case, that's a review for another day). I must say, it was well worth the risk! Its a fairly new place, bits of construction still going on but hey, the rooms are LOVELY! Neat, clean, and the finishes scream QUALITY. The study table, the study chair, the tiling in the bathrooms. Really neat and well done.

We got the rooms for K850 per night with a work colleague and the room is so clean, I didnt even need to use my usual carry ons of Domesto and Dettol. The room comes with a smart tv and Netflix was working perfectly. They have a really fast Internet (Starlink) and the rooms come with their own geyser. So you dont have to worry about your neighbour finishing hot water in the morning. You get an option to choose breakfast or not and the breakfast served is really nice, thanks to an amazing and friemdly chef youll find. For now it's delivered directly to your room at no fee, theres no official dining area far as I could see. Theres also a HUGE Solar backup equipment and water is always available, they have 2 LARGE tanks. The pressure in the rooms is also really good. Overall, it's a perfect place in a quiet neighbourhood. I really feel it's not just good but GREAT VALUE for money to visit this place. Its not too far from town, making it also ideal. I first discovered Kasuda Apartments and Rooms while browsing Airbnb, but after my card failed to process the payment, I decided to come in person and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I stepped onto the property, I completely fell in love. The environment is immaculately clean and wonderfully serene, with a beautifully systematic infuse of flowers that instantly reminded me of my mother a woman who could spot a blooming petal from a mile away. She’d call this place a “mini paradise,” and I couldn’t agree more.

The owners welcomed me with such warmth and grace that I immediately felt at home. The rooms? Exactly as pictured if not better. Spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully designed, all at very affordable rates.

The room I got comes equipped with modern amenities including a fridge, aircon, geyser, strong Wi-Fi, and a smart TV with Netflix (perfect for unwinding). And that’s just the beginning.

If you’re ever in Livingstone, this is one place you absolutely need to check out. I know I won’t hesitate to call Kasuda my home away from home...

Beautiful, peaceful, and modern property just 5 minutes from Livingstone center. Very clean, with daily groundskeeping available. Furniture and bed were extremely comfortable—I slept amazingly. Accurate photos, smooth check-in/out, and all staff were wonderfully kind. No night noise; some daytime construction but not disruptive.
