Not good at all this time round. Went there for a weekend break with wife. Went for breakfast and housekeeping basicaly occupied our room until well after 2pm while we were stuck on the chairs outside the whole time.Saw a Manager about it who appeared disinterested and simply apologised and said its because they thought we had checked out! They also accepted our booking but did not notify us they had also booked an afternoon and night wedding which obviously affected our intended restful visit. Add day long cleaning plus day&night wedding equals a whole day of our visit lost just like that.Asked for resolution to the matter and after much haggling (which was unpleasant)manager on duty offered to relocate us to another room 'deflected'from wedding party. On day lost he had no help till we suggested staying an extra night to cover our loss.still he insisted we pay up.We then haggled for a reduced rate which he agreed to but without breakfast.argued again then he added breakfast. I feel we could have been handled better than this.Result:Ruined weekend getaway. Definitely not as restful...

The hotel is well situated near the CBD area, on Samora Machel Road in Harare. The property is spacious, has sprawling garden area, and a big parking lot. Has a restaurant ‘Chatters’ and a bar with the same name in the compound.

The staff was polite, albeit showed much less concern and empathy towards a situation I was in.

The staff and even the top management (because they are drivers of such positive changes) must be open to basic hospitality skills, especially in terms of understanding the guests. Mere soft skills don’t help here. If a guest is requesting small things like a single invoice attached to the room towards all the meals, what’s the matter with that? They asked me to pay an advance towards the meals I am going to have at the hotel’s restaurant. Can you presume your meals for a week, and be sure that you’ll have all of those at the hotel’s restaurant? You can’t.

I imagined paying a 5 star worthy rent at a 3 star hotel should’ve been more inclusive experience. It was slightly disappointing in certain aspects. However, I expect them to improve on those...

We had our wedding at cresta msasa in June and were blown away by the overall experience. The venue itself was exactly what we were looking for in terms of close proximity to town, food, atmosphere, scenery and overall experience. the staff are excellent. our Wedding Ceremony was near the pool side and the reception in the sango room. The food and drinks were out of this world and all our guests commented on the quality of food on offer. it was all amazing. The venue played a huge part in the success of our wedding and the amount of our guests who are still talking about your venue is testament to that. Myself and my wife can't wait to go back thanks again. i would give this place more stars but there are only 5.....
