Mulino Beach — Local services in Bashkia Sarandë

I have never felt more disrespected in my life. I arrived and was charged 50 euros for 2 sunbeds. When I tried ordering drinks, they told me that because of where I was seated, I could only order bottles — no regular drinks allowed.

When I complained to the attendant about the situation, mentioning that no one informed me of this rule upon entry, the manager rolled her eyes as if I was just being difficult. I asked for my money back, but they refused. After much insistence, they reluctantly agreed to refund only half.

This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all. Be careful if they place you in the front rows — that’s where they like to take photos to show off luxury bottles. And if you’re a woman, apparently these rules don’t apply, and you can spend less.

Also this place had an old profile that had awful reviews and a lot of the current ones are fake reviews...

Absolutely terrible customer service. We messaged Mulino via whatsapp and asked to book two sun beds. They told us it would be 30 euro and to confirm the booking by messaging them the next morning. We did as we were told; they responded saying that the sun beds would now cost 40 euros. We reluctantly agreed and waited for their response. Six messages later, via instagram, WhatsApp and text message, still no response. We decided to arrive early on the morning of the date we had originally booked for. They looked us up and down (in our Birkenstock sandals) and said they were fully booked even though the place was empty. When we explained the situation they told us that they did not respond because they had given away our booking. Terrible, terrible communication. Since reading other reviews, this was a blessing...

Mulino Beach Bar is easily one of the most visually appealing spots in Ksamil. The design is modern and stylish, blending beautifully with the natural surroundings. The vibe is perfect for young adults — chill yet lively, making it an ideal place to spend the day with friends enjoying the sun, good music, and cocktails.

The service was excellent — staff were super friendly and attentive, which really elevated the experience. In terms of value for money, it’s totally worth it considering the space, comfort of the sunbeds, and overall setup.
