Nice ski resort, and helpful staff but totally unhelpful and not understanding management. As our first ski holiday ever. We purchased our ski passes on online for 4 days . On the second day my partner lost the ski pass. ( the ski passes are also made in white colour , so when u trop it,it will make impossible to find it). Anyhow,as we butchered the ticket on online before arrival our details were in a system.However they refuse to give as a new replacement pass. So we need it to buy the ticket with a full price again for 3 days.Absolutely no understanding that every situation should be deal with different manners ! The manager was more like a robotic , not listening and repeating the same thing overs and over . Very disappointed. Will never return and recommend this place...

Parlaré de les activitats que es fan a Montain Park. Bé, començaré dient que crec que ens ha sortit molt car per les activitats que finalment ens ha donat temps a fer. Hem arribat a les 12h i quan t'informen, no et diuen que amb el temps que tens pots fer poc. Suposo que és un tema comercial i contra més gran sigui el paquet i més paguis, millor. Hem tret dos paquets per 12 a 15 anys que té un cost de 35€, però no estaba inclós el parc de cordes que tenia un preu afegit de 4€, per tant hem pagat per cadascú 39€. Hem anat al parc de cordes i no hi ha ordre ni concert. Cap persona et diu on has d'esperar per poder fer l'activitat i de fet esperavem en un lloc que no tocava….finalment ha vingut una noia per dir que en aquella zona no podiem estar i ens ha indicat on haviem d'esperar.I hem hagut d'esperar uns 20 min. Haig de dir que el monitor que hi havia era excel·lent!!! No puc dir el nom perquè no el sé, era un noi amb barba que s'assemblava al Marc Ribas. I ens ha tractat molt bé i ha tingut molta paciència. Després hem anat al Jump, ens hem posat a la cua i han pujat 3 noies (Que no sabem perquè) han estat com 15 min, quan el temps és de 5 min. No només ens hem queixat nosaltres, si no que altres pares que estaven a la cua també, ja que estàs esperant al sol i en teoría cada nen ha d'estar 5 min i no hi havia cap control...unes noies han estat 15 min i a un altre nen l'ha estat 3 minuts. A la zona de Tir amb Arc, tampoc hi ha zona de cua i has d'anar preguntant qui és l'últim o qui està mirant perquè tothom està allà i no saps qui fa l'activitat i qui no. El monitor, súper bé, explicava molt bé i ajudava molt. Crec que en general falta organització, a nivel de cues i de número de monitors a cada activitat. Perquè en el Tubbing que és una activitat molt senzilla on els nens es llecen per un tobogan amb una mena de flotador, et trobes dues persones i al Tir amb Arc que s'ha de donar el material, explicacions, ajuda i recollir, hi havia una persona. Bé, és la meva opinió, molt car pel que al final pots fer, i a nivell organització crec que es pot...

VALLNORD-ARCALÍS Ok Arcalis is my favorite slope of the 3, its higher than the other 2 but you have to drive 20 mins into the Ordino area, however a beautiful ride!

VALLNORD-ARINSAL Arinsal is more basic, strate run don the mountin no so interesting however this has the best Apre SKi st the botom of the gondela!

VALLNORD-PAL Pal has a good mix, its got good parking, gondela to the top, upmarket bar and restaurants with fantastic views! a mix of slops, forest runs and mountain shoots! This gets busy, but better than other slops in Europe, Iv never spent more than 5 mins in line...
