Affordable Organics — Local services in Adelaide

First off... GO ORGANICS!!! Excellent customer services, huge variety of products, really lovely team of women entrepreneurs, and fresh goods, they're an all in one Organic grocery store....

I always buy a lot of things from here. If you have the money, it's worth it. It's the best grocery, all- purpose-home offerings store, and meat or fish store in town!!

it can get expensive depending on whether it is packaged or not, (but then again most basic living expenses and things in Australia are rather expensive. This is coming from someone who's lived in many countries around the world.)

So blessed to be living near them. They are a wonderful family and they always helped deliver food to me during the pandemic and during busy days as I cannot drive there. I was even dropped off once when my phone failed. Really warm and outstanding customer service and care, as it should be. Also all products are fresh, innovative, nutritious and tasty. (they have amla/hemp powder... Tulsi tea, turmeric, Indian curry stuff, Asian foods... the Indian in me was wowed! I was looking for Amla everywhere, it's high in Iron and Vitamin C..) i love their vegan ice-cream, yogurts and juices. Really best snacks here. Their organic lamb and other meats, and smoked wild salmon is epic.

Their online store during this pandemic lockdown era has been what keeps me coming back, as the delivery is cheap, online options are easy to navigate and custom requests are always fulfilled. Payments are made over the phone which is easy but I would prefer PayPal or online card.

They always text and call me which is really kind of them.

I highly recommend Affordable Organics store for their amazing kindness, for having all my favorite all-organic foods, for their best online store that has everything and custom requests accepted, and for their best service. They rank #1 in my grocery store list for everything you could need. They are always willing to help!

For a larger variety of budget and fresh, organic vegetable produce options, I would recommend Organically Grown Store down the road.

Staff confirmed they have recently changed to seed oil in baked goods. Also other products they sell do contain seed oils. We have also been sold Greenslade chicken which is not organic at all (confirmed by the farmer - conventional feed used containing glyphosate) under the guise of "really good/ pretty much organic." Suprising number of questionable & non-organic products (some being a lot dearer than supermarkets/ competitiors...affordable?). They spruik anti seed oil posts on social media yet supply seed oil laced food. On the upside they do stock some good products and the staff are friendly - the vibe is good, did not push covid V etc. Proceed...

Drove 30 minutes because they listed they had black garlic available on their website, labelled as a "new" product. Browsed in-store and asked the lady who proceeded to tell me that they hadn't had garlic in stock for a while so customers were probably taking "whatever else they could get" as she looked in the fresh produce boxes. Didn't seem like she knew that black garlic isn't at all like regular garlic and takes at least 4 weeks to age, and comes in a special packaged box. Very...
