While the food was absolutely fine, the man in the shop cooking it was a disgrace. I will never ever go there again. He was complaining about customers, swearing about things very loudly and just being so rude. The lady was lovely and obviously embarrassed. He actually told a customer to ‘get off the door buzzer’ Everyone in the shop was startled by his behaviour. I told him his swearing was not on. His reply ‘well you hear it all the time in the street, it’s normal’ Well not in my world or while purchasing food. Very disappointing. The sign says burgers by day pizzas by night. When I walked in and asked politely if burgers were still available at 4.50pm the woman was so rude. She grunted ‘pizzas only’ and pointed at the menu board behind me. I promptly walked out and we spent our money elsewhere. We bought burger ingredients and made our own. I would have thought as a small family owned business catering to tourists and the local community their customer service might be a little better. Business must be booming if they can afford to be so rude. Don’t be in the hospitality business if you don’t like serving customers. We will NEVER go...

The only place to eat in the whole area and they act like it. We were polite and friendly but the woman was just rude and dismissive. Took an hour when they said 30 mins. Ordered and paid for ketchup but were told we didn't when food arrived and just rude for no reason.
