Month of visit: September 2024 I went here for the first time after already marking this place in my google maps for a while. It’s such a nice and beautiful nursery. I really love the design of the place, everything is being placed perfectly. Even the font that they use for the sign that is hanging is also beautiful. They also have an extensive range of plants and flowers. Although I am not too into plants or flowers, I do love coming here and seeing their beautiful flowers and gardens. Another plus point is they also have a gift shop that sells cute premium kinds of stuff, and there is also a bistro ‘hidden’ inside, so if you don’t know what to do with the plants, you can have other activities. It is located near the bus stop as well, so it is easy to access public transportation (bus 444). This place is very recommended!

Great garden center with a wide variety of plants for various purposes. Indoor ornamental? Succulent? Fruit bearing? Garden herbs? Full sized saplings? Hard-to-find native orchids? If you're looking for it, they've probably got it. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and can even help you pot a plant on-site at a little potting bar if you like. Good selection of containers and assorted soils and soil additives. Loading up after checkout is also easy, as you can pull your car almost right up to the entrance. If you're spending a lot here (like I am), ask after their rewards program.

Had such a wonderful time here, I wish all garden centres had this many staff and a cafe!! (See separate review for the Wild Canary cafe). The range of plants was extensive. All the staff were very friendly and said hi but no one actually asked if I needed help with anything. Unfortunately I live in WA so was unable to buy any plants to take home 😭 so instead got a super cute little dinosaur planter and some fertiliser for my indoor plants. Great range, great gift ideas, florist on site and a good little kids section.

I have just arrived home from shopping at your centre. Some of your team may remember my daughter Tilly who had an epic melt down. Sitting down, throwing gumboots etc...

I have two pieces of feedback:

First to the lady that serviced me (I think it was Emilie?) you were amzaing and compassionate and understanding thank you. Thank you for listening and helping us when you didn't need to.

To the lady that was also serving and asked me in a very abrupt tone to "move my daughter out of the way, so that I can serve"

Tilly has had substatual brain surgery due to two rounds of brain surgery and as a result has frontal brain damage, with this she CANNOT control emotions nor has the mental capacity to beable to undestand what is happening at times.

Yes she was in the way of other customers getting through, but a small amount of compassion to a mother who was anxious at the time didn't help...

I've always loved visiting and buying my plants at this nursery, but the two last pot plants have been very disappointing. The first one was a fern, took it home but even after watering it, it was still drooping the following day. After 2 weeks it started to die. So I took it out of its pot and there was hardly any soil at all just bare white roots. Only soil on the very top. I went and bought a completely different plant in the green house, and after four days the exact same thing. Took it out and hardly no potting soil only on the very top. I must say I'm very disappointed and feel let down. I spent 29.00 on the first plant and 24.94 on the second, this...
