Rosie the owner is a SWEET delight herself! I have known Rosie for a few years now and have had the incredible pleasure in trying out the enormous varieties of fudge she creates. Rosie has experimented with creating fudge ice-cream which I also had the absolute pleasure to try. I am keen on bringing some fudge home to create my own ice-creams! The things you can do with quality fudge is only limited to your imagination.

Recently Rosie catered for my wedding and I have to say, the guests who were fortunate enough to try the fudge (because most was gone before it reached everyone), were in awe with the sweet delight.

I discovered this little gem of a business at the Southbank Collective Market right at the end. I am a fudge connoisseur so I approached with caution. There were a variety of small samples available. The first taste was sublime. So rich, creamy and soft. No granules or lumps. Just perfect, delicious fudge in a range of flavours. The flavours are rich and strong, without being overpowering.
