If Google would let you rate lower than 1 🌟 they'd get a ( -5 ) & even that's being generous. It's uncontionable to think that one of Australia's largest fuel suppliers can let such an establishment be run in such disorderly and unprofessional manner. I have been calling into this place twice a week for the last 8 weeks so I'm well versed to give constructive criticism.
Only one fuel pump ( no 4 ) in the truck refueling station has been operational for the past 6 weeks. When the staff have been questioned about it the attitude is a shrug of the shoulders and who cares.
Amenities are run down and dirty in general.
Staff are a mixed bag some are very good and some just don't deserve employment.
Food, I have only eaten there the one time so fair comment can not be given, but that said the meal I had didn't make me want to come back for another.
BP obviously get there $$ far to easily here.
I've not spoken to one truck driver on the highway in 8 weeks that would rate this place as acceptable. Need to pick up your act BP.
Show fair improvement and consistent customer satisfaction and I'd happily remove...
Read moreThis place is disgusting. Service is good by some staff members but there are some that shouldn't be there. Food is not good, over priced for what you get. Sea food is old and all taste the same. Cleanliness is way way below average. The place is steadily getting worse over the years. Truck fuel station looks like it's never been clean when it is raining you get just as muddy as if you were out in the weather. Showers and toilets are just accessible but the more neglect they get the more the public will not care so they will get worse. Eating here for me is not an option anymore I would sooner drive another hour and half to Kumarina or...
Read moreI'm confused glanced at previous reviews before writing this. Sounds very hit and miss. What I know is food there is great. I've had a breaky burger that was huge, yummy and value for money, I've had pizza there which was yummy and compared to the Purple Pub in Newman was value for money. Newman in my eyes is so busy ripping product out off the earth it thinks every one is high income and majority of things are excessively priced. You want it you pay for it. So I find Capricorn Roadhouse house to have value for money food but very unreliable for fuel at the moment. As you don't want to get 20k out of town to a pump...
