Chef Fi is the wonderful person behind this gem, The Pantry at Cooby. Every item on offer is Gluten Free! Chef Fi publishes her weekly menu on Facebook, providing meal packs in a limited range of dishes as single, take away servings or a couple of choices of a family pack serving 4. In addition hot meat & gravy rolls are a regular, as are meat pies and a range of snacks & sweet treats. There is always one Dairy Free and one Vegan per week, and joy of joys, a freezer full of top quality GF bread products and other GF staples. This shopping centre is an absolute disgrace! It is dirty, unfriendly, intimidating and in one word REVOLTING!!! I went there for the final time today to see a drunk man passed out on the bench out the front of IGA, there are kids skateboarding and riding their bikes through the shopping centre.... I will NEVER EVER go back to these shops and will be happy to drive the extra couple of kilometres to go to another shop. This shop should be closed down, no burnt down. With Coolbellup getting such a nice make over it is embarrassing driving past them....Don't get me...

Despite recent renovations, Coolbellup shopping centre remains an eyesore. It looks outdated, parking is a nightmare and often has undedirables loitering around the entrances. The IGA is ancient, the ceiling is dirty, sagging in places and stained with what looks like water damage, the freezer section has been leaking water over the floor for years. Looking forward to the new Woolworths store opening...
