Super nice and friendly. I had unresolved issue with the visa section in Consulate of Japan in Sydney (the Consulate in Sydney actually gave me a really bad impression about Japanese people). The lady from visa section in the embassy is very friendly, indeed, she called me twice to follow up with my question. The embassy gave me the good impression about Japan and this encourages me to visit...
