Super nice and friendly. I had unresolved issue with the visa section in Consulate of Japan in Sydney (the Consulate in Sydney actually gave me a really bad impression about Japanese people). The lady from visa section in the embassy is very friendly, indeed, she called me twice to follow up with my question.
