Beautiful little butcher, very high quality product, the owner strives for it. Brice has a lovely selection of staff with warm welcoming smiles plus his kids love helping out, truly making the business a family affair. Brice is always helping out the community in anyway he can, real community spirit at its finest locals helping locals. Also the BEST pies they are just absolutely divine, my mouth is watering just thinking about them. Update- Brice has low and behold upped the steaks (pun intended) and spiced things up with amazing flavoured sausages. Also something I forgot to mention in my original post which was quite silly of me, Is this establishment isn't your ordinary butchers hence the name Butchers pantry. The owner isn't just showcasing his own hardwork but also the local produce of other businesses around the area as well. Wow! What a 💎. Small little butcher with the most fabulous meat! It is well worth the visit. Take the trip from Nowra, Huskisson, Jervis Bay, Shellharbour and support these fabulous guys that are prepared to do any cut of meat to suit your wants. Oh, and the pies, yes, full of meat, the pastry is beautifully puffy and crispy, not thick and gluey. It’s been a few years now that we have ordered our ham from Bryce, best decision we ever made. We used to drive to Sydney to get our ham, but not any more! Can’t say enough about the quality of his hams. Everyone who eats our glazed ham just raves about it. However it’s not only the ham, the quality of all his products are outstanding.
