Classic example of not judging a book by it's cover. While the shop may not look like much, the staff went out of their way to assist when the starter motor on my Suzuki VL250 packed it in. Good advice when they worked out the problem, they reassembled the new aftermarket starter that stopped working after I installed it (the genuine part was over ten times the price!), and they re-installed it for me so it's now working just fine. And best of all - they were able to get me in quickly and not make me wait 3 weeks like some other local repairers.
