The food was fabulous and shone in pairing with the carefully selected wines for the evening.

A standout course was the Lobster, Potato, and Fried Egg course, aptly named “Nuestra isla favorita” and “Bienvenidos a Formentera.” The pairing with two aged Chardonnays was simply magnificent.
