We spent an afternoon with our 3 young adult children with Mark who is very warm and welcoming. He is passionate about his llamas and gave us confidence we could lead his llamas with a lot of joy. We each had our own llam,a and each one had a unique and funny personality. We went to Hanging rock reserve and our children went to the top while we stayed with the llamas and answered questions from the tourists as we had becoming "Llama experts" thanks to Mark's funny and fascinating explanations. We finished the afternoon with a hot cup of tea and delicious biscuits by the chimney, a perfect end to a perfect afternoon. We plan to come back to do a day trek. Highly recommended for lovers of nature...
Read moreWhat a fantastic day! I would highly recommend the 12km trek along the lovely Domino trail. It was a bit wet underfoot but we had perfect weather for trekking with no rain. A lovely lunch break was enjoyed in Trentham where we purchased our lunch from Red Beard cafe. [ Although you can choose to purchase your lunch from any of the local pubs and cafes.] Mark's llamas are beautiful animals each with their individual personalities and quirks. My daughter, friend and myself were paired with Pacha, Sonobi and Zorro. Mark was fantastic with his information, stories and assistance when needed. Will definitely do it again! Thank you...
Read moreI am such a big llama lover and have never been able to pat/feed one. My partner surprised me with a trip to Hanging Rock and this llama meet and greet was one of the best days of my life! A small and intimate meet and greet with a bunch of cute llamas where you get to pat/feed and take photos with them. Our guide was very friendly, funny and overall great. Shared my experience on Instagram and got a ton of questions asking where it was! Hoping the business blossoms and booms as it so rightfully deserves. Such a heart warming and unforgettable experience for me. Can’t wait to be back for the trek 😊...
