Bake Boss — Local services in Jandakot

Completed an intro to piping class on the 14th Oct, was an excellent class. Unfortunately the experience following was really disappointing. Was told in the class we would receive notes post class so no need to take any during the session. After following up twice in person at the shop and once over the phone, finally received the notes in December. I requested support from staff to purchase the correct tips that we had been taught to use in the class, however I realised in December that I had been instructed to buy the incorrect tips. Returned to the shop to request to swap the unused tips (still in original and unopened packaging) so I could finally start practising the new skills I have learnt, only to be told I couldn't as they were outside the 15days policy. Normally I would be quite understanding of this, however; my purchase was at the advise of staff and I wasn't able to identify that I had purchased the incorrect tips as I didn't receive class notes until two months later. Now I am stuck with tips I don't know how to use. As a complete beginner, I won't recommend cake boss as a reliable business to get you started on your piping journey. I ordered cupcakes from Joe and Casey for my twins’ birthday, and they were beyond amazing! From the very beginning, Joe and Casey were incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. Their communication was fantastic — quick responses, clear details, and just genuinely kind people who clearly love what they do.

The cupcakes themselves were a huge hit — not only with the kids but with all the adults too! They were beautifully made, delicious, and exactly what I hoped for. You can really tell they put so much care and attention into their work.

My husband and I asked Bake Boss Jandakot to make our son's 1st birthday cake. We were extremely well looked after by Joe. The ordering process was an absolute breeze...I corresponded with Joe via email and he was always very prompt with his replies. I provided a photo with the cake design we were after and made some requests RE: alterations to colours etc. The finished product was perfect! It was exactly what we wanted and it was so DELICIOUS! The majority of our guests commented to us that the cake was amazing. We only had two pieces left at the end of the party (even though we had overcatered) because it was such a hit.
