Karla & Brad, the dynamic duo that are the faces of ‘ANIMAL KINGDOM PET TRANSPORT’.

Both were instrumental in reuniting me with my baby. Karla was very attentive and understanding whilst remaining professional. She was an absolute joy and pleasure to deal with. Her interpersonal skills were bar none.

Brad likewise, his care and compassion for this precious cargo was evident and touching. The welfare, safety and comfort of his passengers was paramount.

My experience with other pet transport companies was a real eye opener and alarming at times.

The majority seemed to be solely focused on financial gain whilst Animal Kingdom went above and beyond to ensure the pet, their anxious owner back home etc were calm and informed.

I was kept in the loop at all times, my baby was treated to something akin to a celebrity as he made his way to us, I was listened to and heard.

If you’re after a team that works tirelessly to create an experience rather than a transaction, who put the welfare of their pets and their human owners above money and who tailor a plan that puts you and your pet first and foremost then look no further.

I cannot recommend them highly enough. They’ve set the bar very high in this sector. My expectations have risen as a result. Their competitors should take a leaf [or should l say chapters] out of their books.

Karla at Animal Kingdom Pet Transport was so kind and caring with my 12week old bully pup. She was also very quick with everything. I found their page on Instagram and communication was super easy and once booked in Karla kept contact every step of the way. Nothing was an issue and even rearranged times and meeting points to suit, even though it was further for her to drive! Karla sent updates and made sure everyone was informed along the trip and sent a family photo with pup and new owners on arrival. Would highly recommend for transport of any animal !
