WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!

Very poor service and quality of food. We ordered for a funeral and aimed to have food catered for 50 people yet we were provided with food that was made for less than the amount agreed upon. The food did not suffice for the amount of people, the food service arrived late, the service of set up was not provided, the caterer left without properly assisting the catering and didn't bother waiting around to see if there was a need for a food top-up, we were short of food, only half of our guests were able to eat. During a difficult mourning period we were then having to seek alternative arrangements and order additional food from another supplier to feed the rest of the people in attendance.

The caterer did not take well to the feedback and overcharged us for such poor food taste, quality, service and supply. We are appalled and left with the shame of having to seek last minute arrangements on the spot to feed our other guests. The caterer was contacted to inform them of their shortfall, yet claimed they can't do anything about it. Rather than offering assistance and an alternative, they insisted on their charges being beyond what was originally agreed upon.

Don't waste your time with this caterer as they only want money but don't have the service to provide at any...

We are in self quarantine from NSW, after numerous disappointing Uber eats we decided to call sisters catering. They took a special order and delivered to our house. We ordered qabli palaw, spinach and tandoori chicken and it was perfect with the balance of flavours most impressive. Their service and commitment to help during the busy period was most impressive and their commitment to ensure all distancing protocols were met indicated a high level of social responsibility. I have had the great pleasure of eating this exquisite good. From sitting with them to work out a menu for our occasion right through to delivery and clean up, they were very professional. It was a feast for our eyes in the beautiful presentation and a real feast for our mouths in the varied flavours of the dishes.
