Really liked this place! Service was really friendly and helpful. They serve American diner type food. I've not seen potato hash and biscuits with sausage gravy in Perth before. They also have cupcakes and desserts like banana cream pie and turtle (chocolate, caramel and pecan) cheesecake. We tried the chocolate cream cake and it was excellent. At $5 for a very generous slice it's really well priced. For food we got the Rueben Sandwich. When I asked the counter staff what he would recommend he said Philly cheese steak was the most popular, but he prefers the Rueben. Also had the biscuits with sausage gravy and a side of potatoes. The Reuben was served on thick cut brown bread with good proportions of meat and sauerkraut. It comes with a side serve of shoestring fries and a pickle. The biscuits - similar to english scones and sausage gravy were okay, I've never had this dish before so I can't really compare it to other places. I got it with a side of potatoes and the potatoes were good, like crispy roast potatoes with melty cheese and spring onions. A highlight of the meal was the thickshake! We got peanut butter cup, it was so delicious, perfect amount of peanut-iness and sweetness. We also got the pineapple whip to try. It was very soft and you get a whole drinking cup for $5. Really disappointing except for the pie/cinnamon bun. The sauces on the All American burger were the only decent part of that. The meat was so strongly smelling of cow, like actual cow not meat, and was really tough, it was awful. My niece couldn’t eat her kids burger. My husband had been really looking forward to the Philly cheese steak but he said it had cheese slices on and almost no onions and wasn’t worth eating. The chips were entirely inedible- our meals took about 20mins to come out even though it wasn’t busy, which isn’t really an issue but presumably they make the chips when we ordered, or before... The 3 stars are just for the wonderfully light key lime pie and the fluffy cinnamon bun, which were both brilliant and definitely work...

America on a plate. The biscuits and gravy taste just like the American classic breakfast food. I will be back again and again.

It’s a hustle and bustle in the market and yet this corner of heaven is there waiting to serve you a $5 generous price or pie or serve you up a Ruben Sandwich with Waffle fries. Hello delicious cuisine. The waffles and pancakes looked incredible and the thick shake was amazing.

All very well priced and generous servings of all. I will tell my friends and bring my friends!!!! What a gem...
