I want to express my disappointment regarding the service I received during my recent visit to your Malaga restaurant. This was my third time visiting your establishment. I placed an order for takeaway chips and beef for my children and waited for nearly an hour, only to be informed afterward that there were no more chips available. Furthermore, the food portion was quite small and not well cooked as I had expected. This experience was both disappointing and unprofessional, especially considering the long wait time and lack of communication. First time here after hearing many good things. We ordered 2 steaks with salad and chips, a bit confusing because the online order asked if we wanted the cheese on top of the chips or the meat, but when the meals actually came there wasn't any cheese so I'm not sure what that was about. The meals are generous sizes, the salad was really delicious, fresh and great dressing, good chips. The actual steaks were quite tough though, I couldn't eat mine and gave to my husband to finish which he was happy about but also stated it is tough. Maybe it's our fault for ordering medium well done instead of medium rare? We will definitely come back to try other things on the menu...
