When my husband and I travel, we love to immerse ourselves into the places we visit, to connect with the locals, talk with them, hear their stories and learn their history. Our best experiences have been when we have guided tours with locals.

In Sept 2019, we took a break in Margaret River and we just had to do a Brunch tour with Kel from Walk Talk Test MR. Wow! Kel was amazing! We had the best time. Walking, talking non stop, tasting the amazing food and wine, learning more of the Margaret River history, talking to the locals, hearing their stories and observing their passion. I am West Aussie and I am more in love with Margaret River. We felt we were having the best day out with a great friend with non stop chatter and laughter and learning so much about the area while discovering new places to eat at that we normally would not have considered. Kel is passionate about Margaret River and is a fantastic storyteller.

We loved it so much we joined the campfire lunch at Tanah Mara. Another rich and amazing local experience!

I had the pleasure of staying in the Glamping tent for our ten year anniversary in October. The moment we arrived we kept saying ‘Ohhhh wow, look at this, look at that!’ There was champagne on ice with a hand written note, fresh eggs, milk and bacon for us. I was blown away by the attention to detail and the quality of the furnishings inside the tent. The bed was divine. Even if it rained, I’d be more than happy to spend two days inside reading and relaxing, it felt so spacious and cosy. Definitely recommend an outdoor bath to finish your day.
