Just paid $11 for a chicken carcass and a dogs bone. When I queried if the price was correct, believing that's reasonable. I faced a very defensive response.
I was aggressively asked if ran a business, as though my query was unreasonable, or I have no understanding of business dynamics or costs. Then trying to exit told to keep walking. Nice.

When placing the order online it said it would be delivered on Monday. When Monday came we didn't get our meat. We called to ask where it was and were told it wasn't coming until Thursday. The man on the phone was unbelievably rude, said too bad and offered a refund. It has now been well over a month, we have NOT received our money back. They have stolen our money. We are now having to contest this with our bank.
