Just paid $11 for a chicken carcass and a dogs bone. When I queried if the price was correct, believing that's reasonable. I faced a very defensive response.

I was aggressively asked if ran a business, as though my query was unreasonable, or I have no understanding of business dynamics or costs. Then trying to exit told to keep walking. Nice.

Common, you guys can go better than that!

No I haven't run a butchering business- mate! However, can recall when bones and carcasses were thrown in by friendly butchers for free! Things have obviously changed.

Why wrap meat in see through plastic, then vacuum sealer it in another plastic. So people can cook your steak with plastic around the meat. Who does that? Woolies doesn't double wrap neither does cape grim, once you pull meat out of vacuum seal is shouldnt have another layerlof plastic. Thought I'd give your meat a try never again. Loosers. I'm sure you'll say something about freshness blah blah, mate your trying to make you meat appear more plump and circular by wrapping the outside with plastic that looks like a thin strip of fat. Outrageous, cape grim meat hands down best and you guys sell at the same price pffft back to the Greek...

Absolutely shocked. We really wanted to support this place as we thought they were a small organic business wanting to do good. We spent $250 on meat online. When placing the order online it said it would be delivered on Monday. When Monday came we didn't get our meat. We called to ask where it was and were told it wasn't coming until Thursday. The man on the phone was unbelievably rude, said too bad and offered a refund. It has now been well over a month, we have NOT received our money back. They have stolen our money. We are now having to contest this with our bank.
