Kids had fun until it got busy. Clean. 9 play areas. Not enough tables and chairs for parents. Came as soon as it opened. By 11:30 no chairs or tables available. They definitely need more floor staff. Only 2 staff on floor but they are only watching the 1 inflatable each. At times there was only 1 staff member who didn't move and stayed on one side of inflatable trying to tell kids they went the wrong way up. Wasn't working. Older kids being rough and running around knocking over younger ones. There are limits to how many people on each equipment but no one obeys the signs and with no staff supervision it's up to parents to supervise their children. Which is fine by me. But other parents are too busy on their phones or chatting to care about what their kids are up too. Ended up growling other kids as there were younger ones getting hurt. Not a good place for little ones unless you're ready to growl someone else's kids. Slushy cost $5 cups are small. Small coffee $4.50 it is...

It was clean and tidy, with helpful polite staff. We went on a hot day (30°) and it wasn't too hot inside. The parking as good but the signage outside wasn't obvious and we missed it as the building doesn't say Inflatable World it says Extreme Sports. Also the staff were cleaning up around us, hovering over and around us (it was the end of the day and we were the last party) but it felt uncomfortable, as we were packing up and leaving within our time slot, they also cleaned and locked the toilets before we finished and the kids needed to use them, even the allocated toilet to use as we left was locked up. Still it was a nice spot for a party and would recommend going...

Absolute shambles this place, 15yr old staff with noses in there phone. Large groups of early teens throwing kids out of their way while staff have zero idea what's happening. An incident today has left my daughter with nightmares tonight thinking she was going to be stuck for ever and die while her dad was trying to get her out. While kids were just carrying on jumping on her, despite her screaming and crying not one acknowledgement or are you OK for staff as again too engrossed on their phone.

So much for inflatable world takes health and safety of all visitors seriously. I doubt it you just delete the 1 star reviews and hope...
