A joke - don’t both buying their product there warehouse is unorganised regardless of short staff.You have to book a day when your coming to collect your furniture and you would think that the products are ready. Why wouldn’t you have a daily run sheet .

Such a disappointment especially since the products looks beautiful. If your from the other side of Melbourne I recommend you get it delivered- sorry can’t comment on delivery though, as I won’t ever order again.

We waited 45 minutes for the staff to find our order and then they advised they couldn’t find our chairs - I even heard staff said bugger it it’s taking to much time to find it. So because of travelling over an hour I said I’ll cancel the chairs - they didn’t care .

2 years on from our purchase an honestly we are so dissatisfied with our table it has worn marks all over it it’s suppose to be a concrete top concrete doesn’t mark unless your walking on it. Will never...

Do not buy from here. TERRIBLE customer service. Purchased a table which online stated it was in stock. It was not in stock and I have patiently waited 3 months to collect it once it arrives.

Only to be told that the warehouse is moved and I now have to get it from Broadmeadows. Have been FLOODED with SMS reminders about pick up despite telling them I have no idea how I will get to the new location given my partner and I both work full time.

Called to talk about it & was offered 0 assistance other than paying $140 for delivery or cancelling the order.

Do not purchase from Lounge Lovers, wish I could give this company a 0 star review. Have been met with delay after delay and excuse after excuse. They were advertising this product as "in stock" yet the shipment has apparently been delayed for over a month since placing the order.

Have been refused compensation for the delay in the delivery of our products and they won't acknowledge that they are at fault for advertising their products as in stock yet clearly are clearly not in stock.

Had I known our dining and bar stool chairs would be delayed over a month would have purchased elsewhere. All I can say is thank goodness I didn't order any other furniture items through them and won't...
