Very bad customer service. Not even respecting the regular customers. Though little exp than other store I do buy things regularly here. But had bitter experience recently. Bought Sella Basmati rice which took more than an hour to cook requested to change but said since because its opened refused. Its not happening anywhere in vic. We are pleased to find this grocer selling a wide variety of sub-continent food and ingredients necessary to whip up delicious meals. All the products are neatly arranged despite the store being relatively small when compared to the amount of items in display.
