Very bad experience yesterday.. The taste at dosa hut is always awesome. No complaints on the quality of food and even the customer service by the girls who work at this place is of high quality. I always prefer to visit this place for eating with my family but now I will never going to visit at this place anymore. Yesterday we booked the table for family and visited for dinner. We chooses this place to celebrate birthday of my wife. The food was awesome as usual and girls also doing their job well as usual. After finishing the dinner and paying for our food, when we were going out my daughter (2.5 yr old) done the vomiting near to the door in to the corner. We don’t know it happen because of food or just happened. It was their closing time we were one of the last customers. I personally inform the man who is taking the money at the counter about the incident. It was really disappointing what he done next.. he given the tissue paper and white plastic bag to clean the vomiting and to put it in the bag.. we were shocked. Imagine the vomiting was cleaned by birthday girl. When I asked him, is this look good after eating, cleaning the vomiting his answer was yes we have to clean it. I don’t know whether it’s right or wrong but he destroys all the day and now we never going to visit again. We normally always prefer this place to visit or to celebrate our special days. Now no longer interested. Specially when we spent all day to make feel someone special and all gone well but by the end of day someone attitude or behaviour destroys everything.
I want to ask the owner is he done right or wrong.
Even when I told him this is not right bro he was still insisting to clean it.
He ruined the hard work of everyone who work in the kitchen and specially the girls who always work so hard. He must learn how to talk and deal with customers. I also noticed his way of talk on my previous visits too but always ignored them.
If he is the owner, very bad for business.
The food and the hard working girls service is 5 star
But the guy who deals at the front don’t deserve even a star..
I hope this will not happen with other customers so this feedback is for the dosa hut. Still it is their choice what they prefer, if the incident like this happened or like in a similar way . If someone dropped something or incident happened similar to this on floor while eating may be they have to clean the floor in the middle of their dinner..
It’s just a feedback, rest all on store how to run their business as they know better then us. Thanks for...
Read moreOk, First good things, perhaps the main thing, just how delicious and well presentable the food is, I was not sure first however as soon as the food arrived I knew it will be delicious. GOOD JOB CHEF, but that's it, only reason I gave 4 stars because the food is worth going to this restaurant however the service is not up to the standard. We weren't sure if its because of lack of experience of their staff or lack of staff because it was not busy. After waiting for 10 minutes I had to raise my hand like a class room presence announcements to get attention from the waitresses.
Here is our experience and I do hope the owners are reading this to imporove. First of all birthdays are special day, especially if that birthday boy is your customer that same day. We handed the cake and when we needed the cake they just brough the cake out in the same box and it qas given to us like some sort of delivery. All they had to do is to put it out on a plate. After snacks, they brought the main food out but they used plates were still at table, new crockery was not there at all, all mess up, We had to call one of the waitresses that we need plates and spoons etc, They were like, ooohhhh.. ok... So they got us plates, but no spoons, no napkins etc... Again had to ask, half food was there, half was still on its way taking time, by the time full meals were on the table, dirty or used plates were still there... Its was like training day for the staff and we as customers were telling them. One of us spoken to the staff about these issues, and (very nice girl) responded, hmmmmm ok and gone. No apology, didn't even mention ok we will try to improve it etc... To consulde, if u going there for good food, go ahead and you will be amazed by the taste however do not expect any good customer service, better off taking food home or home...
Read moreWe order food almost weekly from here and this was a go to place for our family for almost all birthday dinners. Lately the food has been over the top spicy and usually once we get the food as take away we don't argue but today we dined and ordered malai kofta which the lady said is mild and on the sweet side, we ordered this and it was spicy. We asked to give us any other option which is sweeter or non spicy for my son, they gave a small portion of paneer which was good but I was hoping my curry was replaced and they didn't do this. I paid for a curry we didn't eat or like and the paneer was not a full portion. It was disappointing and borderline I don't care attitude from them. I did give them my feedback and of all the meals that the chef puts extreme chilli In. Food needs to be tasty but also edible, no point serving heart burn and acidity. So upset for ruining my birthday dinner!
I should add as mentioned above I was given paneer and this should have been a full portion as the malai kofta was not eaten or taken with us, the curry was not only spicy for my son but me also. The staff asked me what I would like and I told her I would like the curry replaced with a mild or sweet curry, she either didn't understand or assumed I will eat the kofta anyway. You can check with the staff and see if we actually ate it. We shouldn't have been charged for the curry or been given a full portion of the paneer not 4 pieces. This feedback is at the back of multiple orders and not isolated to today alone. Food is consistently spicy even things like Sambhar is extremely spicy, biryani ordered 2 weeks ago went in the bin as it was not edible. I have been a recurring client and this has been the case for a couple of months now and was never an...
