Slice it Pizza & Pasta (It's PizzaTime) — Local services in Melbourne

Had a hsp from here for the first time last night but have had their pizza many times before!

HSP: Ordered a large lamb hsp (BBQ, garlic) for $15 including cheese. Size was great for the price (in comparison, the hsps are more expensive at Glenny Kebabs and are a bit smaller). Overall really great hsp - good proportion of chips/cheese/meat/sauces. Chips not overly seasoned and meat could be a bit tastier, but overall fantastic for the price and would recommend. Will buy again.

Pizza: Have had It's Pizza Time's Meatlovers pizza many times in the past (both large and family sizes). Large will just fill up two adults for dinner and Family will make two adults really full (or three adults satisfied). The amount of toppings, texture of pizza base and overall taste is amazing - probably one of my favourite meatlovers pizzas going around. Value for money is amazing too and way cheaper than most pizza joints (esp considering how many toppings they put on).

I have ordered through Uber Eats and directly to the store over the phone before. It appears you can also order through their website too now. Will be ordering directly through the store from now on though so they don't have to give away commission.

Overall highly recommend - this isn't a fancy pizza shop but it's tasty and great value for money. Ideal for a takeaway night at home...

WORST EXPERIENCE! SHAMELESS STORE MANAGER! I am shocked by the quality of service received from this place. The store manager does not even have the basic communication skills, doesn't seem like he lives in AUSTRALIA as he does not know what process and policy Australia follows. How can they just open up a restaurant without being aware of basic refund or compensation policies of Australia!? I am surprised how bad his customer service was! My order came after 1 hour and 45 minutes where I had to literally brainstorm with the driver running on the streets guiding him with the address, only to receive a cold, soggy pizza, warm cold drink and rock hard cold garlic bread. I posted a review and advised the same to the store. The store manager after a lot of drama agreed to provide me a FREE PIZZA. Later upon calling the store to get the free pizza and a few more things as my new order, the store manager literally said: REMOVE THE REVIEW FIRST ONLY THEN WE WILL PROVIDE YOU THE SERVICE. Like really do they even know customer service? I told him as soon as I receive what is promised, I will obviously remove the review, but he disagreed and pressurised me to remove the review...

Ordered last night from Menulog. I had put an 80$ order in at 3/3:30 pm for a 5pm delivery. Order was confirmed and money was taken out of my account. 5PM rolls around, Menulog says Delivery at 5:20pm. 5:40PM, no word from anyone. Call Menulog, get something about a delivery driver having an accident, but a new driver is out and the order will be there in 20 minutes. 6:30PM, still no pizza, but 10 minutes after last call, order is marked as delivered. No word from Pizzatime or from Menulog. Call menu log again, get told "order will be there in 5 minutes." By this time, everyone was hungry, we ordered pizza an HOUR AND A HALF in advance, and it's an HOUR AND A HALF LATE. By 6:45PM I've been told "Order will be there in 5 minutes" about 3 times, and tell them to cancel and refund the order. Takes another 5 minutes for that, by which point I was out the door to a local Domino's pizza and KFC. Within 30 minutes of leaving the door, I had a 2 pizzas, tons of chicken, and was home enjoying it with friends and family... and it only set me back 40$.

WILL NEVER ORDER...
