If I could give no stars I would after the experience I just had! Walking around taking my time looking during which I picked up a few things later decided that I didn't want the items I picked up. So put them down somewhere different. The person behide the counter waited until I left the store and came out yelling at me to which he continued to yell till I walked back to him accusing me of stealing the said items I said you don't have to yell as I was walking back showed him my bag to which I volunteered to do and told him next time don't yell at me. I feel extremely belittled and embarrassed with the way that staff member handled the situation there was absolutely no need to yell the way he did rude and unprofessional I reckon..... I won't be coming in there if he's in there for the fear that each time I go in there he will accuse me of stealing so there for because of that one staff member I won't be coming back...

Although the product range is decent - a bit different and good prices - the managers should not do customer service. The man is just a bit gruff.. but the woman is horrible. She recently told me to leave, no reason given.. after watching everything I did. I'm honest and respectful, and I had a bunch of stuff to get. I put it all back and went to the IGA, where they not only had a great range of stuff I needed, but were super helpful and friendly too. I'll just go there in future. With so much cheap stuff everywhere, why would I give my money to people who have contempt for the folks who pay their bills?? She should be kept far, far away...

I’m a disability support worker, took my client there as he wanted to purchase something himself. The lady who is always at the front counter, greeted us with disrespect. She loudly talked about my client having no “brains” with her pointing to her head. She watches us like a hawk and followed us around the store. I said to her you do know my client can hear and understand what you are saying about him. She screamed at us and demeaned we leave.
