Was looking for a special something to help my wife enjoy her 30th birthday now with two young little humans (one of which loves moving machines eg bus) it was a perfect match.

Certainly there was plenty of providers to pick from and doing the usual google search and must say there was plenty of nice companies out there but the moment I spoke with Joan it became very clear this was our choice.

Accommodating is a understatement, Joan told me not to stress as she has already pencilled us in even before our deposit. Anyway onto the tour from the get go, John arrived extremely punctually and the bus was in great condition. We had to install a couple of baby seats (anchors for two) prior to the journey whilst organising all our friends unfortunately one of which cancelled but as you would expect Joan and John was very accommodating and we never had to stress.

We lazed around at our wineries and John was never too rush for us to go, only once when we were going to late for our lunch at Tokar Estate. Pretty much it was smiles all round for ALL THE CHOICES that the locals John & Joan picked out for us. Back in March I booked hubby and I a little getaway to celebrate our wedding anniversary for October. I wondered what a good thing would be to do around the Yarra Valley and the first thing that popped into my head was a winery tour! But one of us wasn't going to drive so I googled "private winery tour Yarra Valley" and Tour the Valley popped up!

They were so wonderful putting together the perfect itinerary. I didn't even mention where we wanted to go but Joan ticked all those boxes and it was sorted! John picked us up promptly from our accommodation and we proceeded to tour the valley. Lunch was amazing at Tokar estate and the wine tasting up at Helen and Joey's is a must! Such a beautiful spot.

Nothing was too much trouble for these guys. Everything was organised right down to the payment for wine tasting and lunch. It was such a memorable day. We ended up at the RACV club enjoying happy hour in the sun where Joan met us for a drink! They are the loveliest of people and I will definitely be booking again.
