Very sad to say we had a very disappointing experience. One of the staff members was extremely aggressive and using threatening language. It made us feel extremely uncomfortable to the point we almost called the police. We raised concerns with the other staff members who were lovely and assured us they would let the owner know what had happend. As customers I think we deserve better and to be treated with respect and not feel scared to be out somewhere. I really hope this type of behaviour is dealt with appropriately and doesnt happen to anyone else.

We arrived with that group of people but that wasnt me who had the alcohol. Thats got nothing to do with me. My friend who ACCIDENTLY broke a glass was doing absolutely nothing wrong. We had only just arrived and there was a wine glass sitting on the timber ledge, she went to sit down not seeing the glass and it fell off and smashed. This only happend ONE time, there was never a second glass broken, you should check your camera footage. This staff member then started aggressively shouting at my friend while she had her back turned picking up all the glass. He was screaming at her "GIRL GRIL GIRL GIRL" untill we realised he was speaking to her. We said excuse me and he then proceeded to swear at us telling us if we behaved like that again or break another glass we can get the F out. At that point every single person hitting balls stoped and wer staring and confused. I said what are you talking about, dont speak to us like that, how rude. She accidently broke a glass, accidents happen, that was her first drink. He then started shouting and swearing at us and telling us only he is aloud to cause havoc around here because he works here and because his t-shirt says so. Which had everybody confused and made us this he was under the influence. He walked off. I then went to the toilet with my friend when he was at the pizza oven and he said to us I have a big knife and im not afraid to use it, you wouldn't want to see me in public, I was shocked and went straight to bar staff and told them what happend they wer very empathetic and didnt really know what to do, I could see they wer shaken aswell. He then came behind the bar and started arguing with me. After that I left, I was not hanging around to cop more abuse. It was Saturday the 13th of...

My last review got deleted after I edited my original review with edits including uploaded screenshots of the owner embarrassing himself with moronic replies before deleting the comments & labelling me as a troll. The replies to all of the existing negative reviews demonstrates what sort of character & customer service you are likely to experience if you unfortunately encounter the owner.

The rest of the staff are lovely, the reviews certainly should not reflect badly on them. I maintain that the facilities are great - it is quite obvious you can’t use drivers, just Irons, any moron visiting should be able to work this out, it’s a shame there are so many passive aggressive signs everywhere to remind patrons (This is on the clientele who ignore the fact, no so much the owner).

Just reading one of the latest reviews, “We lose thousands of balls” why is that the customer’s issue? To state the “bleeding obvious” You chose to open up the worlds smallest golf range. #MaleKaren..

See if you can avoid embarrassing yourself and your family with your reply to this one champ. Or I’m guessing you’ll just report this one as well in the hopes it gets removed…

Note: You’ve openly admitted to letting patrons (I refer to “Flynn Milton’s” review from early January which you replied to today, 6/01/24) eat & drink without participating in golfing activities. Explain why it is ok for some and not others? More interestingly, what will the council think about this rule in relation to the written...

Edited Response: - Presuming the person replying is the male owner. Well I think your replies to most negative reviews reflect your nature that I and other members saw. When I was there with my family & other friends you openly yelled at other customers for simply enjoying themselves (No, they were not using a driver nor were they hitting the balls outside the boundary. They also seemed sober - Just having fun) - I note that you might have a different version of what they were doing but none the less from 3 bays up it is what our experience unfolded as). When paying for our balls I don’t think there could have been less of a smile if you tried. Nothing personal, just an observation as a customer to maybe remove yourself from the limelight if you can’t just have an open discussion with customers in a non-aggressive manner / make people feel like you appreciate them when they hand their money directly to you.The pizzas were good & so were the updated facilities along with your lovely staff members, namely Deb). If the owner was not around on the the day it could easily have been a 4-5. No need to quote your unofficial testimony in a self indulgent reply, let your customers/ an actual award do that for you “Best pizzas on the peninsula” haha.I look forward to your no doubt aggressive reply xoGood food, Good facilities, horrible attitude...

What can I say? Our visit was definitely a memorable experience. Ive never met ruder staff in my life. The lady who served us got angry at my friend for not understanding how their pizza ordering system worked, got angry at my friend when he couldnt work out where to tap on the eftpos machine, scowled, rolled her eyes. Your not allowed to have the pizza until after you finish your bucket of golf balls. When we finished my friend went to the bar and said "we are ready for our pizzas", the lady was like " under what name?!?! I dont know what your name is???????" Rudely to my friend. Basically the staff seemed bitter, unhappy to be alive, extremely rude. I felt like i was a naughty kid at school and literally everything we did was wrong. Just being alive, attending their venue was enough to be berated. So yeah if you want to be served by a pack of karens this is the venue for you. True story.

Great place to relax and hit some balls. The burgers were super tasty and the vibe was chilled. Definitely coming back!

We were quite disappointed with the attitude of the older woman with short grey hair. After great service from a woman named Viv we felt her good service was shut down by what seemed to be the manager, telling us she couldn’t finish a whole pizza to herself, she seemed shocked that we would order 4 whole pizzas between us which made us feel fat. We all finished a whole pizza to ourselves. She was very negative and had a sense of entitlement which wasn’t good to hear after such great service from Viv. It was a shame to actually see and hear from our table the poor treatment going on. It’s a shame that good service isn’t supported by the managers. Here is proof we finished whole pizza to ourselves, in fact we could’ve had another one each and we are now on our way to get dessert, you should never tell someone how much they can eat. Thanks.
