Iv used WA Farm Shop in there current location about 4 times now and will continue to do just that. The volumes of products for sale are very flexible and great value, they advised and obtained better value products on 2 occasions for me simply through Messenger chat for treated grass seed and herbicide, they even brought up the MSDS for the chemical and the advised sowing method for the seed which I was purchasing and printed them in full for me. I had to replace my 10 year old reticulation pump. W.A Farm Shop is in a convenient location for me, 24 Great Northern Hwy, Middle Swan, so I called in. Derek, Kate and staff are very engaging and knowledgeable in their products and equipment. Derek was able source the latest model of the pump I had been using and went to a lot trouble to ensure the pump was fitted correctly and ran properly. Have always liked the farm shop until something I purchased there did not work on my property.,disappointed in the outcome $54 dollar product but I'm afraid if it was my business I would have done a lot more to help customer and not been so blasia especially when the product was guaranteed to work on all surfaces no skin off their nose to return item to...
