Nice place for BBQ and picnic. Enjoy a walk or just sit somewhere and chill. Only 1 toilet nearby which is always occupied or out of order. Definitely needs more toilet considering the number of people visiting this area. Children's play ground needs fence so that they don't run around footpath or cycle zone in that way accidents can be avoided. Today I noticed that under 5 infant swing (which got safety belt/chain) is gone. It needs to reinstall for the infants. All the BBQ area is open. They need shade and lights for extreme sun or rain and dark hours. 1 or 2 electricity line could be provided as well. There are only 2 bins near playground. Under the shade of the casuarina trees are picnic tables and grassy areas to sit and relax. There are free barbecues and many evenings, there is a mobile vendor selling take-away food. I was pleasantly surprised at how many tables and chairs were around - and of many variations from coffee table to dining. Plenty of parking available as long you know which road to go down to get to it. The only thing missing are toilets... which are needed with excited...
