Stunning Views and Wildlife Spotting

Dolphin Point Lookout is a highlight of the Noosa National Park Coastal Walk. The paved trail from the park entrance to this lookout is accessible and offers breathtaking ocean views. As the name suggests, it’s a prime spot to observe dolphins frolicking in the surf; some visitors have reported seeing pods of up to 30 dolphins from this vantage point . Additionally, it’s an excellent location for whale watching during migration season .

The lookout is situated between Tea Tree Bay and Granite Bay, providing panoramic views of the coastline. It’s a peaceful spot to rest and take in the natural beauty of the area. The trail beyond Dolphin Point becomes unsealed with some steep sections, so if you plan to continue, ensure you’re prepared with appropriate footwear and water .

Overall, Dolphin Point Lookout offers a serene and picturesque experience, perfect for nature lovers and...

Beautiful spot with plenty of rocks or seating to admire the scenery and enjoy a rest.

Wear sunscreen and a hat if you intend to walk from Noosa to Sunshine Beach. Its approx 6.8 to the bus stop to return. Wear footwear that "grips" as some of the rocky paths can ve slippery for flat...

Stunning place to experience, highly recommend getting up here if you're in Noosa, it's a short walk from Hastings St, and doable in a short time. Leave your self two hours, then you can stop and take in the scenario throughout the walk. Lots of extra beach spots to walk along up to as well if you're feeling like a longer walk. It's fine on the legs too, no steep inclines or declines.

You'll see lots of surfers out and about as well, recommend this if you're into...
