This picturesque race course is located in the beautiful Adelaide Hills. They don't hold a lot of meetings each year, so you need to time your visit, but it is well worth it. There are food options, bars and on-course book makera and TAB facilities if you like a flutter, or if you prefer to just watch, the old grandstand has fantastic views of the finish line. The public can wander through the horse stables, but remember to stick to the sign posted walkways for your aafety and the safety of the equine and human athletes. Extremely poor members facilities. No signs or information as to where to park or enter. Grandstands are disgusting. You want me in neat casual dress to enter as a member so I can sit on dirty cement steps which are dangerous for those of us with mobility issues. I have attended many country race meetings throughout Australia and have had better facilities for GA. Your membership is an absolute scam. So disappointed that I bought it for my son for Christmas. This place is my place is my life my family has came here for the races every year for Easter to camp for 5 generations this place holds so many memories in my heart that I will hold onto forever currently sitting in a camping chair at oakbank the place has gone a little down hill with no sideshows this year and selling 10000 tickets only had 2 food stands donuts where nearly ran out and the chips ran out straight away not oakbank fault tho my family will come here forever this by far is my longest review I absoloutly love this place and how...
