They got the toppings wrong. How hard is it to make a pizza?

I just wanted a pizza for dinner but I got a mouthful of there crap instead. When one works with the public they have to deal with all kinds of responses from people. These people must have been at the beach when the rest of the class were learning that.

They got the first order wrong and had to make another one. That cost them $45. They then made another one but I forgot to delete a couple of toppings I didn't like. I then said can I have one with the correct toppings on it so they began to make it which I was prepared to pay for. All the while they kept yelling at me to take down the review I wrote. I said I will remove it when I taste the third pizza. No they didn't like that so an extremely rude male with no hair said I wasn't having this pizza until I took down the review but I refused to be bullied by him and also a female working there. That cost them another $45. The second pizza which I managed to get a bite of was pretty bad anyway.I tried to call them but hung up after waiting 7 minutes without an answer. Obviously they like to bully 61 year old senior citizens. They are a disgrace over an insignificant pizza. I would hate to see how they would react over something that actually...

Unfortunately, I had a pretty disappointing experience ordering from here tonight. I placed my order for delivery at 5:59 PM and ended up waiting an hour and 25 minutes for it to arrive — despite living only about seven minutes away.

When I called the shop after an hour to check on the status (as the website showed it was already “on its way”), the staff member I spoke with was quite rude and dismissive. They informed me the pizza was actually still in the oven and told me to essentially just deal with it, citing their website’s note about possible delays of up to 1.5 hours on ‘busy nights’ I understand busy periods happen, but the way it was handled just wasn’t right.

When the pizza finally arrived, it was barely warm and noticeably soggy, at a price point of $28 it makes it feel like poor value for the price. Having worked in pizza industry myself for several years, I know things can get hectic — but a little courtesy and attention to quality would have gone a long way. Even something as simple as placing a piece of corrugated cardboard under the pizza to disperse heat and prevent sogginess would have helped.

Overall, it was a disappointing experience. I’m always keen to support local businesses, but unfortunately, they just didn’t...

Great pizza! This was our first time trying them out, and we were very impressed with what we got. We ordered 2 large pizzas, 1 pepperoni, and 1 supreme along with a side of lasagne, garlic bread, and some spicy wings. Everything was nice and hot, ready to eat upon pick up, and everything was delicious. I added extra toppings to the pepperoni pizza, and sure enough, I got just that! I must say I may not of need to ask for extra because they are very balanced with their toppings which I think is so important when making a good pizza ( no one likes an empty pizza top 😐) So I was very impressed when I got these. The lasagne was also delicious, wings where nice and garlic bread was good to! We don't live around here, but when we come down for holidays again, we will be sure to always get our pizzas from here! ☺️

The staff are also very friendly and happy to accommodate, I called up asking if it was possible to get my online order pizzas, earlier and they where happy to do so for me and that was a whole hour early 😀. They also double-check everything before it goes out the door, which shows they take pride and care on their work and business.
