ALDI — Local services in Sydney

This is the slowest and ruddest aldi I've ever ever been too.The last Five times I've gone there the Queues out the door miles long And as usual only 1teller on a register with two other registers empty. And Aldi Macquarie Feilds No longer have Fish ,frozen fish ,bass fillets ,cooking oil, wholemeal bread ,multigrain bread shelves Allways empty cannot get more from the supplier apparently. The other Saturday I went in there very busy day specials on as usual Queues out the door again and only 1 cashier on duty I asked the feral cashier who was picking her nose whilst throwing groceries across the counter if she could Please put on another cashier ,this crazy feral cashier Accused me of being rude to her and replied no you can't have another cashier, I then tried to explain to her that the queue s were nearly out the door and why only 1cashier on a busy Saturday morning ,feral cashier then accused me of shouting at her .

I then asked to see the manager ,out came a really young guy about age 17 When I tried to explain to him that the cashier very rudely refused to put on another cashier ,when there was only 1cashier on duty ,the feral cashier cut me off midsentence and Shouts across to her manager I'm not serving her she's Rude whilst pointing to me . I then turned to the manager And said to him see what I mean you really want to do something about your untrained Staff

The young Kid manager Who refused to give me his name ,then Answers me Please don't Upset My Staff . Clearly that dirty rude feral cashier should have been sacked on the spot but because Aldi Macquarie Feilds has teenage unqualified manager with no manners and no knowledge of customer service The customers Allways Right service with a smile , listen to customer complaints with Empathy and Never cut a customer off whilst their speaking

Clearly there's no customer service at Aldi Macquarie Feilds with a stood unqualified teenager as a manager and dirty nose picking narcissists pretending to be cashier's No Wonder We've now Got Covid If you want to stand in long queues for Several Hours and catch Covid from the dirty feral untrained unqualified Vermon Aldi employ as staff and oh yes the added Bonus of No Self serve then this is the store for you if you want your groceries handled by nose picking ferals . But if want to get efficient fast clean friendly service With no long queues Several cashier's ,Self Service The do as I did head for your local Coles their prices same as Aldi but heaps more stock and variety and Coles doesn't constantly have empty shelves like Macquarie Feilds Aldi

At 15th of march about 11am I came cross a cashier her name is Diana a very unpleasant person I ever met in this Aldi Since when it was open . A man in front me needed leave to get some thing else so ask me to check out first, so I put my 3 items before his shoppings . Diana refuse to check out for me ,thru my 3 items back to me ! waited until the man which ask me check out first come back. When the man came back asking why I didn’t check out first .I said the cashier didn’t allow me .then Diana said to me need to be Patient ! To me Diana is not a cashier but a rude unpleasant person doing a very bad job Diana totally different from anther staff I ever met in this store which always greeting and asking when I am at checking out To me Aldi Deserve a better employee customers deserve a better average service...

Excellent store with plenty of parking for all vehicles including cars, vans, SUVs and motorbikes. The store itself is easy to find and the entrance is clearly visible. Going inside the store you will find it to be super clean and the shelves are always packed. The staff are helpful and they assist whenever I ask for an item or if I have other general inquiries. The added self checkout although a little inconvenient for the staff as they will lose a staff member however as a consumer it is much easier for me to checkout my items by myself as with Aldi stores it is always a mission to go through the manned registers.
