Very poor customer service, definitely wonāt be coming back.
Ordered a Creme brƻlƩe from here and it was extremely light in colour, tasted very diluted, had poor flavour & bland. Coffee was very weak. I asked the female staff if she could make me a new drink but she was unsure of what to do and went to ask the male staff who made my drink. She came back, said no and walked away.
So I spoke to the make staff and he kept insisting that heāll just add another shot of coffee into my current drink or more powder and reblend it for me and continuously refused to make me a new one? I said that I wanted him to make me a new one because adding more coffee or powder now will change the recipe of the drink.
We went back and forth multiple times with him refusing to make my drink again saying āI canāt do thatā every time I asked him to make me a new drink. His reason was that the drink will taste the same because he would make it in the same way. He then stated āNo oneās ever complained beforeā (Google reviews state otherwise). Iām sorry, but that is not a validated reason that because it hasnāt happened before, that itās not allowed to happen now?
He questioned āDo you normally order from this store?ā Thereās a standard when it comes to making your drinks and sometimes it can be a little off, but this was horrible, this deviated far from standard.
Not once did he apologise, I actually apologised to him in case I had upset him about the drink he made. He responded āI just donāt see how making another drink will make a difference. So what do you want me to do?ā I said āI want you to make me a new drinkā Finally, he frustratingly threw things together into a blender with pre-made shots sitting in a mug from prior to our whole debacle (which was most likely the problem to begin with).

It's Ridiculous, what horrible service to kick us out unless we order everything from them, keep in mind they also had 0 customers sitting down with all the chairs being empty.

Reply - what kind of response is that? Have some class and show responsibility or you'll be out of business. What a sorry excuse for a business owner. No wonder you have a 2-star rating. I'm surprised Gloria Jean's hasn't cancelled your store by now.
Also if you have the time to sit on your phone replying to all your negative reviews without changing or learning anything is just sad.
