Alpine Game Meats — Local services in Sydney

Extremely disappointed in customer service and my overall experience with Alpine Game Meats.

Ordered specific proteins for dogs who have protein allergies and can be fed Novel game meats such as Croc and wild boar.

Placed the order back in may with no response. Finally got a response from them a few weeks later and I have been incorrectly overcharged. Emailed them back to let them know with no response. Was emailing at least once a week with no response. Finally received the correct invoice after a month of chasing it up only for it to be sent in my spam folder. No follow up email, phone call or text to let me know it was ready. When I have seen the email I told them I will come and collect this week they let me know they cancelled my order and have jacked up their prices since. Not an apology or willing to work something out. Very poor service and will not be recommending them to others. Will look else where...

I had e-mailed Ewen the proprietor and received a full menu with the operating hours but on a particularly bad traffic Friday arrived late so rang just prior to closing at 3pm but was informed no one was there.

I was given Ewen's phone contact number who kindly arranged for Anthony to meet the next Saturday morning at a convenient place. I was most impressed by the senior professional service provided by all concerned. Extraordinary and most appreciated....

I ordered meat from there and it was beautiful. The buffalo and Wild Boar was amazing. However, the customer service its absolutely horrible. Some of the worst I have experienced. Sent numerous emails trying to see whether they deliver or the pricing of the meat and there has been no response. Shocking...
