A WARNING TO SELLERS please beware of the owner. I grew up with these markets and loved them, so when I wanted to sell some things it was my go to. I booked a 5 metre stall and read that I could bring another car with a trailer to unload since we have a small car. When we arrived everyone was helpful and kind with directing us to our spot. That was until an older man came up. We made it known that we had a trailer to unload and he scoffed. My mother and I tried not to let it get to us as he lead us to a spot. He then approached us again, this time audibly frustrated and said that we booked a small stall so the trailer would be an awkward fit. My mum tried to explain that we weren’t going to leave the trailer in the spot and instead wanted to unload it and drive it away, but he kept cutting her off and being rude in general. My mum was frustrated at his behaviour and asked who the owner was and he said he was. My mum couldn’t get more than a few words in before he’d raise his voice and he ended up calling her a Karen. We ended up getting a refund from a kind person at the office. My mum was visibly shaken and I am utterly disappointed in the entire experience with the owner. He was rude, unprofessional and seems to get a kick out of feeling superior to others. He has no right treating anyone...

I visited Blacktown Markets on a Sunday morning with my family and was pleasantly surprised by the variety of stalls and goods on offer. There was a great mix of fresh produce, homemade crafts, vintage clothing and accessories, as well as other unique and interesting items. The atmosphere was bustling and lively, and we enjoyed browsing through the different stalls and chatting with the friendly vendors.

The only downside was that the markets could get quite crowded, especially around the food stalls and live music performances. It was a bit difficult to navigate around with a stroller, but we managed to find some quieter areas to explore. Overall, we had a great time and found some fantastic bargains. It's definitely worth checking out if you're looking for a fun and eclectic shopping experience.

The markets were also very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of garbage bins and seating areas. There were also public toilets available, which were kept in good condition. The organizers did a great job of creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, and we felt safe and comfortable throughout our visit. I would definitely recommend Blacktown Markets to anyone looking for a unique and vibrant...

Blacktown Markets is definitely an experience, and one that’s not for everyone, but if you love a good rummage and enjoy the thrill of finding a hidden gem, it’s worth checking out. Just be warned, it’s less retro treasure and more one man’s trash is another mans treasure.

It’s a lively, bustling place with all sorts of characters and an ever-changing mix of stalls. One weekend you might stumble across vintage collectibles or quirky second-hand treasures, and the next, it’s more socks, phone cases, and mystery DVDs. It’s hit or miss, for sure… but that’s part of the charm!

Yes, it can get crowded and a little chaotic, and not everything on offer is top quality, but there’s a fun, market-day energy that’s hard to replicate. Plus, there are usually a few good food trucks and a great mix of people from all walks of life.

If you’re in the mood for something different, come with low expectations and an open mind—you just might walk away with a bargain and a...

Good day out to have a walk around and check out various pre-loved and new items on sale! There are plenty of diverse food and dessert stands, let’s not forget the band 🪘 šŸŽø that has a characteristic style that plays soft rock and it’s cool to grab a bite have a lil sit down and enjoy the šŸŽ¶ music! I always purchase a box of eclipse mints for the family (which doesn’t last longšŸ˜‚) and the vegetable stand is excellent with great quality and cheap, this would’ve cost me three times more in a standard shop! Gentlemen who was selling plums, pears, apples from Young... the fruits are juicy and sweet! Nothing more satisfying purchasing fresh fruit and vegetables at its finestšŸ‘ŒšŸ¼ I will definitely be coming back, it’s truly a nice day outāļøšŸ‘šŸŒæ

We love going to the Blacktown Markets and getting a bargain. It is paid parking which I think is $4 per car. If you walk in it is $1 per person. They are open from 7am - 2pm on Sundays. There are so many stalls with different types of items for sale. Some are good and some not so good. There are food stalls, coffee stalls, home decor stalls, tools stalls, gardening stalls, key cutting stalls, home cleaning stalls, lolly stalls, tech stalls, clothes stalls, plant stalls, electrical stalls and many more. Most of the items are pre loved, used, new and in good condition. During the summer months go early in the morning as there isn’t much cover and it can get really hot on the bitumen. Do go and check them out and get a bargain.
