RASHAYS - Head Office — Local services in Sydney

Went for a family dinner to mt druitt rashays.the service was extremely bad. Firstly after getting our spicy chilli pizza, we had to ask for water 5 times literally..finally on the 6th time, i had to ask the lady if it was really hard to give us water. We ordered kids meals x2.they came first thing but the kids drink didnt come.had to ask multiple times aa thats what the kids love but still didnt get it at all. My daughter ordered lasane and that order did not even come through.we asked the employees so many times but did not get the order.all i was told was its coming..there was a school graduation going on on another table and it was obvious they were giving them a priority..complaint to the managee named ash.nothing happened.so basically had to leave.ash gave us 25pcnt discount at the end but that doesnt compensate the worst experience we had to go thru.we had to go maccas afterwards for my...

The worst customer service i received as i ordered online via call (when ever you call the call goes to their head office number) and the order is then given to the store from there (specifically i ordered to Rashay’s Tuggerah) and the lady on call asked me that i have to pay in order to confirm my order. The payment got deducted for 17$ and it went to chester hill as per my account details. When i reached tuggerah store the owenr refused to give me pizza because as per them they were franchise only and cant give me order as they wont get payment from head office.

What the Hell i have to do with that “I PAID THE AMOUNT TO RASHAY’s NO MATTER ITS HEAD OFFICE OR STORE I MUST GET MY PIZZA BUT NO PLUS TILL NOW I AM CHASING THEM TO GET MY REFUND EVERY DAY I CALL THEM A NEW PERSON PICK CALL FROM HEAD OFFICE NOTE MY COMPLAIN AND THEN...

Had the pleasure of eating here tonight with my family. The food was perfect, delicious and hot. The setting was beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. The experience was one we won't forget anytime soon. The workers made sure our every need was met from when we walked in till we left. We felt like royalty. Buffet with so much variety, then coffee, tea, hot chocolate, icecream, doughnuts, cake, lollies literally everything you could imagine was offered to us and then served in the most beautiful way, AND it was delicious.
