I stayed at Kooindah Waters Golf Club this weekend for two nights I bought the deal on Scoupon First I had to fight for the room that was advertised it took several phone calls but we finally got a room with the view of the golf course NOT a good start.I was told the add was a market campain what a joke. During our time at the resort staff where not very friendly Food was mediam to bad we orderd a chicken and salid rap for lunch on the first day it looked very old we sent it back the second one was only 2 out of ten NOT GOOD Dinner was ok but we have had a lot better, Breakfast not the best I would give it 3 out of ten very small variety and either over or under cooked we drove into Wyong to eat .There is a two and a half percent added to your credit card on everything you buy including food that is already expencive for what you get. You have to pay $10 for every hour you go over the check out time. You had to pay for wi fye to conect your computer. Our room was clean but the TV didnt work we had to get that fixed very old play dough was left in the teapot.second day room service wasnt good bed was made and coffee replaced that was all You would really have to love golf to stay at...

Travelled from Sydney to take my parents to breakfast here.we were not impressed. We arrived at 8.45am and the entire time we were there, most serving trays were empty.

We made toast and asked the young lady for butter, as there wasn't any. She grunted at me and walked off. About 20 mins later I went back to ask again and found another lady in front of me asking for butter. The young lady serving, threw her arms in the air and screamed at the lady "we have no butter, there is no butter in the whole place". Very unprofessional.

We had to ask for glasses so we could have juice, again you would have thought the staff had been asked to donate a kidney.

Wanted to try to finish the meal with fresh fruit and all the serving bowls were empty.

After we had finished what bits of the meal we could eat, the original young lady that screamed about the butter threw a bowl of butter that had been scooped out of an industrial container on the serving table

The service and food were definatly not worth the $165 we paid.

Definatly would...

This was an extremely disappointing experience that would typically be expected at a budget-friendly hotel. Unfortunately, it stands out as the worst dining experience I have ever encountered in a hotel setting.

First, there was an unacceptable delay in receiving basic essentials such as cutlery, which only arrived long after the food was served. Adding to the frustration, no sauces were brought to the table despite being specifically requested multiple times. By the time they arrived, the meals had already been finished.

The service was painfully slow, with our group waiting over two hours for food to be delivered, even after repeatedly following up. This delay was particularly embarrassing as we had guests join us for dinner, making the poor service all the more apparent.

This hotel clearly has significant operational issues to address. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid dining/staying here unless they are prepared to be severely...

Very scenic and well-maintained course. Heaps of water (the course's name give this away!) so take a lot of balls and make them cheap ones! The amount of water is a negative as the lost balls add to the cost of a round. Throw in heaps of tough bunkers and it's a very difficult course. It gets worse as some fairways have hazards running across the middle of them. I can live with the lateral water hazards - if I go in them it's my fault - but having some running across the fairway just seems unnecessary and unfair as a good shot gets punished. The course is difficult enough already without needing these.

Nice and spacious Mercure accommodation with lovely green landscape view as it's a golf course outside and has 2 balconies and a verandah but there's no fly screen for all sliding doors which is unfortunate as mosquitoes and other bugs can fly straight in. Enjoyed a lovely bath though 😊. Buffet breakfast was pretty good at the golf club with hot food, fresh fruits, pastries, coffee machine including hot chocolate but there were no hash browns in the hot food section which was disappointing as that's one of my favourites at a brekkie buffet! Staff were friendly.
