Ok, I have come here to give a 5 star rating on a product, you, Erlebnis Sennerei Zillertal manufacture.
The honey milk and goats milk can be found in some supermarkets around Bayern. Unfortunately, not always 😭 this is the only milk that is natural and in a handy small 500ml packaging that can be found in German supermarkets. I look forward to buying it every time I travel through Bavaria/Austria.
I would love to see this milk sold in glass bottles though, then it will be a perfect healthy drink! No microplastics! I hope you are listening and hearing me, dear Erlebnis Sennerei!
Also, please start importing your products into other parts of Germany, so Germans can learn how to make German food great again. It is sad that even ‘health’ sections in supermarkets are full of products with a long list of ingredients including glucose/fructose syrups, thickeners, MSG, preservatives etc.
As for all the bad reviews that I’ve just read, please show respect to your customers before you loose your business. Your customers feel ripped off! Change, adapt, fix the issues, lessen the price. Or don’t charge at all, then people will spend way more money in your shop and you’d make your fortune in a respected way! Watch your bad reviews...
Read moreAbsolutely overated. Not worth visiting on a rainy day as more people have the same idea and it is over crowded. We paid 36€ for 2 persons for a tour that would normally take 15 minutes. Instead, we waited 30 minutes in a queue with tens of other people - the hallway was blocked for unknown reason and no one informed us what was going on. When we decided to pass the line, we found out that they were waiting for the cheese samples, but the machines did not work and the peronnel did not care. So instead of dedicating 1 person to cut the cheese, the company rather puts not-working machines so that peple do not get much/or any of the samples that they paid for and get frustrated. The tour ended in the shop to spend more money on dairy products, which you most likely did not even try. I would also appreciate english signes/informative tables for such tourist place. To not only critisise, the outer area was nice and kids got to play on playgrounds. O think price 10€ per person would better suit...
Read moreThere seems to be a good will to make the cheese making process accessible to visitors or at least to make visitors buy the products in the shop at the end of the tour. Unfortunately the experience is degraded by the poor acoustics of the showrooms. Information about the process is quite sparse and mainly available in audio which is a pity for the reason given above. Cheese tasting machines are working erratically to reduce cheese output leading to long queues on busy days. I would recommend the company to seek advice from masters in the field such as zotter, get some consultation from acoustics experts and provide more...
