Arena Coaster — Local services in Rohrberg

Really fun experience. Great coaster. The experience however was dampened a bit though, by my family and I being cheated out of a ride on our 10-ride card, due to the machine by mistake registering a ride twice. We had bought a 10-ride car for my wife and I and 5 children's tickets for our son, intending on riding 5 times each. The last trip however, my wife was not allowed on, as it claimed that all rides were spent, even though only I had scanned the card, and we had gone 4 times previously (8 scans). When we went to complain, the lady at the desk insisted on, that we were told to be careful( we hadn't been told that), and that she could see on the computer that we had scanned it 10 times. Even though she could see, that at a particular timepoint it was scanned three times, and all other timepoints it scanned two times, she kept defending the machine and arguing with us how it was our responsibility. In the end she gave us a free-ride ticket, however the whole experience with discussing with her put a dampener on an otherwise fun afternoon. Had she had a sense of customer service, she would have appologized for the inconvenience of the machine, and given us a free-ride ticket, rather than staring an argument over whose fault it was. The treatment was very bad as I took a ticket and wanted to cancel it and they told me that they could not return it even though I did not use it and it was at the same time I took the tickets, which was 3 minutes later and the employee's name was Julia, also before the time to board the employee in the lower cable car shouted at my sister for no reason, I would like to tell you that I am a tourist and the other party is the beneficiary of me as I consume money to enjoy their tools and in their country and I respect this country and its laws and travel to it annually and after this treatment I as a tourist do not recommend traveling to it and I do not recommend visiting this place due to the weakness of its management and the indifference of the employees and their politeness in dealing with customers and...

Before us they let a women with a child younger then 4. It was so dangerous: she almost stood still for the whole ride. We whent to the kassa and then to the chef. She laughed at us when we complained. Dangerous and no service for us.

And I stood at the same kassa: they didn't checked the age of that child. We waited at the top of the ride as long as we could, and still we had to stand still along the ride.
