Ashley Furniture Homestore — Local services in New Providence

My wife and I bought two (2) mattress at a total of about $2400 from Ashkey Furniture. The mattresses we wanted at the time were no in stock so we were given the option to order at a wait time of 6-8 weeks. So we took that option. We paid in full and about the second week in September, 2024 we received the first mattress 10 weeks in and never received the second at all someone dropped the ball and didn't order it. We called and called 10 weeks past, 11 , 12 so on and so fort we decided to go into the store were we decided just get our funds for the second mattress refunded. They knew it was never ordered and had us randomly calling for nothing. We were expecting guest, for the holidays so we try to buy what was needed early. But they made things very difficult buy having us wait for weeks for a order that never went in after we paid full price up front. Good customer service bad, businesses. Didn't even have a heart to offer us an upgraded mattress with no xtra cost after wasting our time for weeks. I do not recommended that anyone should order anything from them if it's not in stock...

I went into Ashley furniture 3weeks ago and paid for a dining room table. When it was time to deliver my table they sent the wrong table. I ask for it to be returned and for them to bring the correct table, they are gonna let me know that, that is the table I purchased only because they sold the actual table I paid for. No apology only was met with defiance that it’s the table I paid for…..like someone said in their review, they are horrible and I agree.
